Your community needs you!

Salix Homes is on the lookout for community volunteers.

We’re recruiting Community Connectors to help us shape the future of our services and instil pride into our neighbourhoods.

We’ve recently launched our Love Your Neighbourhood Campaign in a bid to improve our communities and now we need your help.

Community Connectors will provide a voice for our neighbourhoods and give us an insight into what issues are most important for you and your neighbours.

By working side-by-side with the people who live in our communities, we can tackle the real issues that matter to you.

Warren Carlon, service director for communities at Salix Homes, said: “We passionately believe that everyone deserves to feel proud of where they live and we want to work with our customers to ensure that they can be proud of their homes and communities.

“By becoming a Community Connector you’ll be able to have a positive influence on shaping our services and ensuring that we target our resources to the most important issues that matter in your community.”

In return, volunteers will be given the opportunity to develop their own skills and knowledge.
