Parts of Greater Manchester and the wider region are currently experiencing very cold and icy conditions.

While Salford has avoided the worst of the snow so far, the freezing temperatures are still affecting many of our communities.

While our services and operations are continuing as normal, some of our employees have been impacted by the extreme weather conditions, particularly those living in the worst-affected areas across Greater Manchester and the wider North West region, resulting in longer than usual travel and commuting times into work.

As a result, it may take a little longer for us to respond to your queries or attend call-outs. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
