Annual customer satisfaction survey
In the next few weeks from 21 August to the 15 September, an external company will be contacting a selection of customers on our behalf by telephone or email to complete our annual customer satisfaction survey.
If you are contacted, please let us know how you feel about the services we provide. The survey will take around 5-10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is really important to us so we can have a real insight into the areas we are performing well, but also the areas where there is room for improvement.
As a thank you for taking part you will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 in vouchers.
1st Response survey
In the next few weeks starting on Saturday, 19 August, a selection of customers in tower blocks will be contacted by telephone to take part in a survey.
Your feedback is really important to us and will be used to help us understand your views on our 1st Response services and to help shape the service in the future.
The survey will take around 20 minutes to complete and as a thank you for taking part you will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 in vouchers.
