Salix Homes is working as part of a group of 16 Housing Associations across the UK to better understand Universal Credit from our customers’ perspective and how we as landlords can better help our customers before, during and after they move to Universal Credit.

We value your input and want you to help shape what we do. If we can understand how Universal Credit will or has affected you, we can use this to help improve the services we offer to you.

We are working with an independent research company called Deliberata that have created this short online survey and will feed everything back to us anonymously in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
