Salix Homes retains grading from Regulator
Salix Homes has retained its grading from the Regulator of Social Housing.
The Government body, which regulates the social housing sector, has recently completed its latest in-depth assessment of our governance and financial viability in line with its regulatory framework.
Once again, we have been awarded the G1 rating for governance – the highest rating – and a V2 for financial viability. The judgement means Salix Homes is fully compliant with the regulatory framework.
Sue Sutton, Chief Executive at Salix Homes, said: “This is a really positive outcome for Salix Homes and we’re very proud to have retained our regulatory judgement, despite the current challenges facing the sector, the economy and the communities we serve.
“These independent assessments from the Regulator are really important to be able to provide reassurance to our customers, colleagues and other stakeholders that we are a well-governed and financially robust organisation.
“This positive regulatory judgement is testament to the collective hard work and dedication of our workforce and Board, and we look forward to continuing to work together to provide safe, affordable and high quality homes and services for our customers.”
