Salix Homes’ customers can now access online housing services quicker and easier than ever before.

We’ve launched a brand new and improved customer portal My Salix on our website, giving all our tenants access to a range of services at the simple click of a button or tap of their phone.

We’ve made it much easier for tenants to report repairs, pay rent, check your account or make a complaint, and you can even track your case as it progresses.

Sian Grant, service director for customer services at Salix Homes, said: “In this digital age we want to make it as easy as possible for our tenants to access our services online, so we are delighted to launch My Salix.

“Whether you want to report a repair or just check your rent account, My Salix will provide customers with a quicker and more efficient way to get in touch and access a range of housing services. We’ll be continuously adding new services and improvements to the facility as part of regular releases to our customers. I’d urge any customers who don’t yet have an online account to sign up now and you could even win a tablet device.”

To celebrate the launch of My Salix we will be giving away a state-of-the art tablet to one customer every month until December.

All you have to do is sign up for an online account on our website www.salixhomes.org and you’ll be entered into a prize draw.

While you’re online, you can also take advantage of the other services available on our website, which includes a community events calendar, and a jobs portal where you can check out the latest employment and volunteering opportunities available in the area.
