In-depth reviews

From time to time, the Salix Homes Customer Committee will commission special Scrutiny Reports to examine various aspects of our services.

The aim of these reviews is to ensure there is an influential customer voice in how we deliver services, and that they best meet the needs of our customers.

The Committee appoints a panel of scrutineers from a scrutiny pool of customers, to carry out an in-depth look at the particular service, and give feedback and any recommendations for improvement.
