Customer Support Fund

Please read all of the following information carefully.

Our Customer Support Fund is a discretionary fund for any customers that need financial assistance. Applications will be considered on a case by case basis.

Help can be requested with the following:

  • Rent arrears
  • White goods
  • Essential furniture
  • Clearance of property/garden
  • Removal costs if needed to improve your financial situation
  • Specialist medical furniture
  • Equipment needed to maintain garden/property condition
  • Food
  • Gas/electric

– this list is not exhaustive.

The following will not be covered by the fund:

  • Utility debts
  • Council tax
  • Fencing
  • Carpets/flooring
  • Non-essential bills
  • Non-essential household items
  • Fines
  • Pest control

The fund can award up to £300 for help towards rent arrears and £500 for other circumstances.

Cash will not be awarded – we will either provide a voucher or the item directly. If you require a service such as clearance we will pay your chosen tradesperson directly on receipt of an invoice.

Before you start your application

The online form will take a short while to complete, and must be done all in one go. We recommend you get the details of all your finances ready and have them to hand as you fill in the form.

You will also need to provide proof of your income. This should be one month’s bank statement and copies of any other evidence.

The form allows you to upload files, such as screenshot images or pdfs.
