Customer consultation: Have your say on our new promises
Providing customers with the best possible service has always been our priority, but how do you know we’re meeting the high standards we set ourselves?
The tragedy at Grenfell Tower in June 2017, highlighted the need for change at all levels in social housing. Since then, we have been proactively working to improve accountability and quality for our residents.
In November, 2020 the Government released a new Charter for social housing residents. This Charter sets out what every social housing resident should be able to expect from their landlords.
We’ve created a comprehensive set of new promises to you, so you know what to expect from us. Now we’d like your views to make sure that we have got them right.
The promises are based on a number of things:
- The things customers have previously told us matter
- The things that are to become law, or expected of housing providers by the government
- The things that tenants across the country have said matter
We really want to hear from you to make sure we have covered the most important things in terms of our promised standard of service to you. Please take a few minutes to take a look at our proposed promises and let us have your feedback.
