Institute of Customer Service Survey
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we want to keep it that way.
We are members of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), an independent, professional membership body for customer service.
As part of our membership, we will be contacting a selection of our customers by telephone to complete a survey about our customer service.
This year, a survey started on Monday, 27 November. If you are contacted, please let us know how you feel about the services we provide. The survey will take around 5-10 minutes to complete.
Your feedback is important to us so we can have a real insight into the areas we are performing well, and the areas where we could improve.
