Latest updated released to My Salix

As part of Salix Homes’ 2017/18 business priorities, we set out a number of objectives, including to improve online offering to customers.We take the commitment to our customers and online services seriously, and have set out a clear and structured development plan that aids the continuous improvement of these services.Today we are proud to announce that the latest update to My Salix (our online customer portal) is now live. Users simply have to login or register for an account.

‘Fern’, the newest updated to My Salix is packed with innovative functionality, from the ability to receive SMS notifications, to downloadable rent statements. What’s more, it is designed and integrated to provide our customers with a quicker and more efficient way to contact us and access our full range of housing services.

New available functionality:

  • Ability to define rent periods
  • Downloadable rent statements
  • Details of relevant neighbourhood officer displayed
  • Quick link to tenants tailored neighbourhood action plan
  • Access to a help centre with video tutorials

We know that success doesn’t come from standing still, and we are already developing ideas for the next update to the portal. Customers can expect to see a more personalised system based on their neighbourhood and interests as the system progresses.
