Coronavirus outbreak and our services

Following the recent outbreak of Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, in the UK, we understand that our customers may have concerns regarding how the outbreak could affect you and the service you receive from Salix Homes.

First and foremost, we want you and your neighbours to stay fit and healthy and the best way to do that, is to follow the advice given by Public Health England and the NHS. (hyperlink with www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/)

Although we will make every effort to continue to deliver all of our services as usual, if the situation of the outbreak escalates in the UK, we may have to put some measures in place help to minimise the risk of further spread and keep our staff and residents safe.

We appreciate that these measures may cause a disruption to our normal service including delayed routine repairs and longer wait times for calls.

To help minimise disruption we would kindly ask all customers to contact us via our call centre on 0800 218 2000 for emergencies only, or use the MySalix to report issues, check your balance and make payments. We will also be closing our head office Diamond House from Monday,16 March until further notice.
