Salix Homes strikes Gold in Investors in People Awards
Salix Homeshas been recognised amongst the top employers in the UK.
We have been unveiled as one of the Top 20 Gold organisations in the Investors in People Awards in recognition of the way wedevelop, supportand motivateour workforce.
The prestigious accreditation means we’renow in the running for Investors in People UK Employer of the Year Award, and the shortlist will be announced in September.

The award comes following a rigorous assessment process by Investors in People – a framework which sets the standard for people management. The Gold standard is only given to those that are able to demonstrate a degree of excellence in the way they develop and support their staff.
As part of Salix Homes’ ongoing commitment to supporting ourworkforce, we havealso this month pledged oursupport to the Greater Manchester Employment Charter – a GM-wide initiative that aims to help employers grow and succeed through improved employment standards and increasing opportunities for employees.
