Salix Homes retains grading from regulator
Salix Homes has retained its grading from the Regulator of Social Housing.
The Government body, which regulates the social housing sector, has recently completed its annual stability check of our governance and financial viability in line with its regulatory framework.
Following the review, we have retained the G1 rating for governance – the highest rating – and a V2 for financial viability. The judgement means Salix Homes continues to be fully compliant with the regulatory framework.
Sue Sutton, chief executive at Salix Homes, said: “This is a really positive outcome for Salix Homes and we’re very proud to have retained our regulatory grading, despite the challenges we have all faced with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic over the past 18 months.
“This positive regulatory judgement is testament to the collective hard work and dedication of our workforce, and we are extremely proud that the regulator has recognised the progress we are making and the impact that has on the communities we serve.
“It is really important that we provide strong, valued services for our customers and assessments such as this ensure that we remain on track and are able to support our customers, colleagues and communities in the correct way.”
